Mumbais RADHASAI IIT identifies the specific areas of weakness among students and provides them with targeted training. As part of this initiative, an Early-Intervention training program has been established, aimed at preparing students for the NEET and IIT examinations. We conduct this training program across three centers, where a team of 11 experienced instructors is deployed, and the entire curriculum is structured into three distinct levels.
The majority of our faculty members are alumni of IITs or NITs (commonly referred to as 'IITians' or 'NITians') or are experts with doctoral degrees. The number of students per batch is capped at 15. Our instructors conduct coaching sessions utilizing reference books authored by renowned writerssuch as M.S. Chauhan, B.M. Sharma, and M.L. Khannaas well as books from the 'Nutan' series. Our comprehensive study material30 booklets totaling 13,500 questions (including high-level problems equivalent to Harvard's AP standards)is used as daily 'worksheets' for classroom practice. Each batch receives over 3,500 hours of coaching delivered through interactive boards.
Throughout the entire 24-month duration of this coaching program, students practice solving 10,000 high-quality questions. We use a specialized online testing platform that generates analytical reports that precisely identify students' specific inconsistencies, weaknesses, areas of concern, and strengths. Each student is presented with three mathematical problems per hour.
Each chapter is taught starting from the absolute fundamentals, and the curriculum is structured to progress sequentiallybeginning in alignment with HSC and CBSE standards, subsequently advancing to the JEE Main level, and finally reaching the proficiency level required for the Advanced/AIIMS examinations. The teaching of Chemistry and Physics commences from a comparatively advanced conceptual level. Before lectures or classes begin, students must participate in a daily 45-minute meditation session.
